Welcome to Sombras Blancas Art & Design Shop! My name is Cristina and I am a freelance graphic designer based in Spain. Here you can find some interesting info to read before purchasing. For any other questions you may have, don’t hesitate contacting me.

  • Sombras Blancas Art & Design accepts payments through PayPal. It’s fast, secure and easy and you can use a credit card, debit card or e-check, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
  • Any sale will be canceled after 3 days of nonpayment without communication.
  • Everything is sent via email, therefore there aren’t any shipping costs.
  • Predesigned elements will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment and customization info.
  • Upon completion of the project, full ownership of the final design will be transferred to the client.
  • When purchasing a custom logo design pack including more than one initial concept, the client won’t own discarded concepts unless he/she pays an additional fee for them. Discarded logo concepts will be redesigned with a different sample name and other details to create pre-designed logos for the shop.
  • Because of the nature of the design, Sombras Blancas Art & Design does not issue any refunds on purchased items from the shop once the work has started.
  • In no case refunds will be offered after a period of 14 days from time of purchase.
Additional Policies and FAQs
  • All communication during the design process will be done via email unless stated differently on the description of a specific service.
  • The only modifications included on the base price of predesigned logos are wording and color changes. If you want to make changes other than those, please contact me before purchasing and I will give you a quote.
  • Font or stock photo purchases are not included in the price of any design. Sombras Blancas Art & Design has a big database of free fonts but if you have a particular font in mind, you may purchase it on your own.
  • Sombras Blancas Art & Design doesn’t take responsibility for poor quality photos provided by the client to include in the design. If the design is intended to be printed it is advisable for the client to do a print test before finalizing the design.
  • During the development process of a website or blog design and until it is completely finished, the client is advised not to modify anything on his/her own. Any extra working time needed to solve any problems caused by external modifications will involve an extra fee.
  • Any modifications needed after agreed project completion and reception of final files or website will involve an additional fee.
WordPress lessons
  • In no case refunds will be offered after a period of 14 days from time of purchase.
  • For packs of up to 10 lessons, you will have a limit of 4 months to schedule your lessons.
